Megan Lum, Global Director, Environmental Programs & Sustainability; Baxter International Inc.

Ms. Lum is a registered professional engineer and was one of the original ISO 14001-certified auditors. She was a member of NAEM's Board of Directors and Board of Regents. Ms. Lum is also a Senior Life Member of the Society of Women Engineers, for which she has served on the Board of Directors and is currently active in their ethics committee.

She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in chemical engineering from the University of Windsor and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington. In her spare time, she is an unabashed AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO), and has recently returned from an international LEGO conference near LEGO's headquarters in Denmark.
