*Virtual Registration Attendance Policy for Consultants & Service Providers: NAEM Affiliates Council members and non-member vendor companies are limited to two registrations per company. Sponsors are limited to the total number of virtual registrations that come with their sponsorship.

How to Receive Continuing Education Credits
NAEM is happy to support attendee requests for certification maintenance points. To receive credit, contact the certifying organization and ask about their requirements for awarding maintenance points through other organizations' events. Once you've obtained this information, please contact NAEM to let us know what you need. This may include pre-submission of the conference agenda, a letter confirming attendance or a submission of approval request forms.

As a non-profit, NAEM supports the EHS & Sustainability professional community by creating meaningful learning and benchmarking opportunities. The current economic climate is having a tremendous impact on our members, our customers and our organization. Our dedication to providing relevant, practical educational experiences at an affordable price point to the EHS & Sustainability community remains strong and we encourage you to consider the following:
- NAEM is your professional community and we want you to have access in good times and challenging ones. If you are experiencing unemployment, furlough or other financial hardship, please contact NAEM to find out if you are eligible for a reduced price or complimentary pass.
- As a member of the NAEM community, your financial support is needed to help sustain the Association's high-value programming. If you or your company can contribute extra, your support will be applied directly to covering NAEM's cost to produce the EHS & Sustainability Forum.
Cancellations/Refund Policy
Refund requests must be received in writing by September 24, 2021. All refunds are subject to a $75 credit card processing fee. Requests made after this date can be converted to a credit for a future event. Cancellation of registration can be emailed to [programs at naem dot org].
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend the conference but would like to send a colleague in your place, you are able to make a substitution without any charge, fee or penalty. To initiate a substitution, please email Danielle Close at [programs at naem dot org].
