Catherine Schladweiler, Manager, Environmental Policy and Sustainability; Tucson Electric Power
Catherine Schladweiler has approximately 20 years of experience in environmental engineering, policy advocacy and sustainability reporting. In her current role as Manager of Environmental Policy and Sustainability for Tucson Electric Power Company, Ms. Schladweiler leads the environmental, social and governance reporting efforts for TEP and UNS Energy and provides guidance and expertise to the sustainability program at TEP’s parent company, Fortis, Inc. Catherine’s current scope of work includes evaluating stakeholder feedback and identifying key industry reporting trends and evolving metrics/KPIs to further advance the companies’ disclosures. Catherine also played an integral role in the development of TEP’s recent science-based carbon reduction and renewable energy goals, as well as Fortis’ corporate-wide carbon reduction goal.
