Katy Jackson, Process Compliance Coordinator/Responsible Care Coordinator Engineer; Cornerstone Chemical Co.

Katy Jackson is a Process Compliance Coordinator/Responsible Care Coordinator Engineer for Cornerstone Chemical. She supports the Melamine and Urea departments to maintain process safety and environmental compliance. Katy has been with Cornerstone Chemical for five years holding various roles within environmental and process safety compliance. She is also the main administrator for their EH&S software by supporting the site and their sister site, Belle Chemical, with implementation, IT support, and investigating ways to better track EH&S key performance indicators.

Katy has a BA in Coastal Environmental Science from Louisiana State University and a MS in Environmental Planning & Management from Johns Hopkins University. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Sustainability through the University of California, Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, creating, photography and being with family and friends. She has a husband and they share two cats and a rabbit together.
