Kristin Pelizza, Director EHSS; Heico Corp.

Kristin Pelizza is currently the Director of EHS - US Wire Group at The Heico Companies, LLC in 2012. She has responsibility developing EHS policies, compliance assurance programs, risk management and standardizing environmental reporting and audit programs to several locations throughout the United States. The Heico Companies, LLC is a globally family-owned business and parent holding company for a diverse portfolio of manufacturing, construction, and industrial services businesses.

Prior to joining The Heico Companies, LLC, Kristin was Corporate Environmental Manager for Navistar responsible for site specific policies, sustainability projects, reducing major risk impacts, mitigation efforts, and due diligence.

Prior to Navistar, Kristin was Global EHS Manager for D.A. Stuart Company where she managed regulatory compliance for several metalworking fluid manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia. She developed global EHS audit program and provided technical leadership and direction for the EHS programs for all facilities.

In addition to having over 21 years' experience, Kristin has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of North Carolina, Master of Science in Environmental Biology from University of Memphis and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
