Lisa Reno, Senior Manager, EHS; General Electric Healthcare

With over 20 years of experience, Lisa Reno has held many EHS roles across complex risk environments. Currently, she is a Senior Manager within the Global EHS Team at GE Healthcare, a leading global medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions innovator. In her current role, she leads implementation of EHS programs & policies to mitigate risk, drive regulatory compliance and promote a positive EHS culture across strategic business units and regions. She is actively engaged in educating on human & organizational performance (HOP), ergonomics and senior leadership training across GE Healthcare. Additionally, Lisa partners with Global Security on business continuity practices and leads the pandemic response activities across the Americas. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Sr Director – EHS for the GE Healthcare Sales and Service business where she helped establish EHS priorities for the USCAN service organization of over 6000 employees and worked horizontally across multiple functions to standardization Service processes globally.

Before joining GE Healthcare in 2008, Lisa worked at Miller Brewing Company in Milwaukee, WI and 3M in St Paul, Minnesota. Lisa has a undergraduate degree in Community/Corporate Wellness and a Master's Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys being outside on the water, travelling/exploring the many places her children's sports take her and her husband, and being together with family & friends.
